The family of Jack Joseph Caron is deeply saddened to announce his passing on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the age of 78.

Jack was predeceased by his parents, Gilbert and Helen, as well as several beloved siblings. He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, and he will be forever cherished by his son and daughter-in-law, James and Sarah Caron; daughter, Sabrina Caron; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Marshall; great-grandchildren, Natalia and Henry; and many surviving siblings and their families. Jack also leaves behind many dear friends whose lives he touched over the years.

Born and raised in Saint Leonard, New Brunswick, Jack had a strong sense of duty and service from a young age. In 1963, he proudly joined the Canadian Military and was stationed in Germany from 1965 to 1968. After returning home, he settled in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he dedicated over three decades of service to the Wascana Hospital, working in both the kitchen and housekeeping departments. Following his retirement from the hospital, Jack continued to serve his community as a member of the Corps of Commissionaires in Regina for an additional 14 years.

Before dealing with health challenges, Jack was an active member of Grace Community Church, where he served faithfully on the board of volunteers and contributed his time and care through janitorial work. His commitment to helping others was a true reflection of who Jack was—always generous, dependable, and willing to lend a hand wherever it was needed.

Jack was a passionate fan of the Montreal Canadiens and a lifelong animal lover. He found simple joys in everyday life—especially in spending time outdoors, enjoying the beauty of the lakes, where he would feed countless ducks, and going for long, peaceful walks.

As per Jack’s request, there will be no formal funeral service. His children will have a private interment for their dad at a later date.

Jack's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
