Beverley Darlene Wright passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025, at the age of 87. Born in Regina on February 22, 1938, Beverley lived a life marked by kindness, devotion, and a quiet, steady love that touched everyone around her.
Beverley was a gentle, caring soul who held her family close to her heart. She made sure her mother was always honoured and celebrated — never missing a birthday, bringing cakes and treats, and cherishing every special occasion with her mom and her sister, Sharon. Those small traditions, done with great love, became the threads that held their family together.
Beverley leaves behind her sister Sharon Wright, who shared a lifetime bond with her; her nephew Tyrone; his children; and her beloved great-nephew and niece, Nathanial and Bekha, who brought her so much joy. Her love for them was unwavering, and she delighted in being part of their lives.
A lifelong Saskatchewan Roughrider fan, Beverley proudly cheered on her team season after season. One of her fondest memories was having her photo taken with the legendary George Reed, a moment she treasured deeply and shared often.
Beverley’s faith was a guiding part of her life. She was a dedicated member of St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, where, in her earlier years, she taught Sunday school alongside her mother. Her quiet faithfulness, kindness, and gentle presence were felt by all who worshipped with her.
The family extends a heartfelt thank-you to the compassionate staff at William Booth Care Home for the excellent care, dignity, and comfort they provided Beverley over the past few years.
Beverley will be deeply missed by her sister, her family, and all who knew and loved her. She leaves behind a legacy of love — the kind that is woven not through grand gestures, but through the steady, everyday ways she cared, remembered, and showed up. Her life was a testament to devotion, gentleness, and the beauty of a loving heart.
